From Mother Earth: I Am Here for You

What joy to connect again directly with Mother Earth!

Greetings, Children! I am so happy to spend time with you again in this format!

I would like to explore my relationship with each of you. I want to explore better ways for you to connect directly with me as most of you live in a very modified world. When I say "modified", I am speaking of the surfaces upon which you live. Most of you live on either a concrete or raised foundation. Most of you have concrete or asphalt driveways. As you move about in your daily life, you are using sidewalks and parking lots to step onto more concrete and asphalt. Do you see where I am going here? It is quite easy to check your mail, go to work, pick up children from school, do your errands and come home into your garage that is connected to your home and never set foot on me. Yes, me!

I want you to really think about how many times you touch the EARTH in your daily life. This practice, touching the earth, is called earthing or grounding by many. It is daily needed for your soul. It is daily needed for your connection to what is innately you! Your body is made up of chemicals and compounds that NEED this practice. It is easy to get complacent about this and to stay inside. I understand. For many of you, this is difficult due to weather conditions. Yet, I tell you that you will do far better and feel better and healthier if you will make a point of spending time touching me. I am a partner in your life. I sustain you. Allow me to do my job and reach out to you!

I would urge each one of you to challenge yourself and begin to spend time on a daily basis with me, regardless of the season. Come outside. Look UP! See your sky! Look down, feel me! I am here for you each and every day. I would love to connect with you on a daily basis as well.
